This word can show many feelings. It can be like 'oops, I did it'. Or it can mean 'I finished it all'. It can also mean 'just do it!' The feeling changes with how you say it.

This is like 〜ちゃう. But you use 〜じゃう with verbs that end in 〜で in their て-form. For example, 飲んで becomes 飲んじゃう. You use 〜ちゃう with verbs that end in 〜て. The meaning is the same. Only the sound changes.

Watch out: People often mix up 〜じゃう and 〜ちゃう. The sound of the verb's て-form tells you which one to use. If the て-form ends with a 'd' sound (like のんで), you use 〜じゃう. If it ends with a 't' sound (like たべて), you use 〜ちゃう.

    て形

This is a special form of words. You use it to connect actions or ideas. It can mean "and then," "because," or "by doing something."
