This phrase shows you are very annoyed or impatient. You use it when someone does not understand you. You might feel ignored or not believed. It sounds a bit demanding, so use it with close people. Never use it with bosses or strangers. It would be very rude.

This is like "tteba" and "ttara". Those also show you are annoyed. But "n datteba" adds a reason. You are not just repeating yourself. You are trying to make the listener understand why. "Tteba" is a quick repeat. "N datteba" is a frustrated explanation.

Use this when you want to stop an argument. It shows you are very annoyed. It means you will not say it again. You are ending the talk.
