This is different from "お/ご~になる". That form means someone important does something. This new form means someone important *can* do something. It is not like humble forms, which you use for yourself.

Watch out: You use 'お' with Japanese verbs. For example, 'お帰りになる' comes from '帰る'. You use 'ご' with verbs from China. These often have two kanji. They usually go with 'する', like 'ご利用になる' from '利用する'. This rule works most of the time.

Don't use this when talking about yourself. For example, don't say "I can go." This pattern is for people you respect. It shows they can do something. You use it for your boss or a customer. You do not use it for your friends or family.

    Verb stem form

This is a special form of a verb. You use it to join verbs together. You can also use it to make a noun from a verb.

    〜れる / 〜られる (potential form)

This grammar shows you can do something. It means 'can' or 'to be able to'.

    お/ご〜になる

This grammar makes words very polite. You use it for people you respect. It shows honor to their actions.
