Adding 'ん' makes your reason sound more like an explanation. It softens your words a little. Without 'ん', your statement is more direct. But with this grammar, 'ん' is almost always there.
「〜から」 just gives a reason. 「〜(ん)だから」 gives a strong reason. It means "obviously because...". It is more about feelings. It is not like 「〜(だ)もん」. That is more for kids or women. 「〜(ん)だから」 is stronger. You use it to tell people what to do. Or to complain.
Watch out: Do not use "〜(ん)だから" when you talk to people like your boss. It sounds too strong. It can seem rude. Use "〜ので" or "〜から" instead. Make sure to use polite forms with them.
