    This phrase is very strong. It sounds like a boss or a parent telling someone off. It can seem rude if you use it with the wrong person.

    This is different from saying "I am not going." That is just a fact. This is also different from saying "I will not go." That is your own choice. This form tells someone else strongly not to do something.
