This phrase is like saying "No way!" or "Absolutely not!" You use it when you strongly disagree. Or when you refuse to do something. It shows you feel annoyed or very determined.

Both mean something is impossible. But 〜ものか shows your strong feelings. It means 'I would never do that.' 〜わけがない is about facts. It means 'That cannot be true' based on what you know.

Watch out: 〜ものか means "no way". If you say "go 〜ものか", it means "I will not go". But if you say "not go 〜ものか", it means "I will go!" Many people get this wrong. They think "not go 〜ものか" means a stronger "I will not go".

Use this when you want to say "no way" very strongly. It shows you really disagree. Or it shows you will definitely not do something.
