    This is different from "〜かと存じます". That one means "I wonder if...". It shows you are less sure. This one, "〜と存じます", shows you are more sure. Both are very polite.

    Don't use this when talking about what someone else thinks. For example, don't say "Mr. Tanaka thinks so" with this phrase. This phrase is for your own thoughts only.

    Use this when you want to share your thoughts politely. It shows you respect the person you are talking to. This is good for work or formal talks.
