    This word can sound strong. It is like saying something with a lot of force. Be careful using it. It might sound too rough. Other words are softer. Use them until you know the local way of speaking.

    This is different from "~tai". "~tai" also states facts. But it sounds more like an explanation. It is also different from "~toyo". "~toyo" gives new information. It does this in a softer way. "~bai" is the strongest of these three. It often sounds masculine.
