    This is like '〜にせよ'. But '〜にしろ' is less formal. People use it more when speaking. You can say '〜にしろ〜にしろ'. This means "whether X or Y". For example, "whether you go or not". You can also use one '〜にしろ'. This means "even if X". Or it can mean "take X as an example".

    Don't use this when you just state a fact. For example, you can't say, "Even if it rains, the road was wet."

    Use this when you want to say "even if" something is true. Or use it to give one example that stands for many others. It shows your main point is true for all of them.

    Indicates a concession, equivalent to 'even if', 'granting that', or 'be that as it may'. It's used to acknowledge a point before stating a main clause that holds true regardless.
