    〜として shows your job or role. For example, "as a teacher." 〜にとって shows what someone thinks. For example, "For a teacher, students are important." 〜としては adds a small difference. It means "from this view, it's true." But it might not be true from other views.

    Don't use this when the noun is not a role or status. For example, you cannot say 'as happiness'.
