    Imagine you are building something. The '上げる' part means you have finished it. It is now ready to show or use. It is like putting the last piece on a puzzle.

    This is different from `〜終える` (oeru). That just means an action is over. `〜上げる` means you finished it well. It is also different from `〜きる` (kiru). That means you did something completely, maybe until you were tired. `〜上げる` means you finished a task nicely.

    Don't use this when the action does not make something. For example, you can't say "finish running up."
