This is different from "〜というものではない". "〜ものか" shows your strong feelings. You are saying "No way!" or "I would never do that!". "〜というものではない" is more about a general idea. It means "It's not always true" or "It's not necessarily so".

Watch out: Don't mix up '〜ものか' and '〜ないものか'. Adding 'ない' changes the meaning a lot. 'やるものか' means 'I will not do it'. 'やれないものか' means 'I really want to do it'.

Don't use this when you talk about something that already happened. For example, don't say "I ate it, no way!"

Use this when you want to say "No way!" or "Absolutely not!" You are strongly denying something. It shows you feel very emotional about it. It is like saying "As if!"
